Python Job: Data Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

· Implement the business processes defined for platform capabilities

o Azure and Databricks scripts (Powershell, CLI, APIs etc)

· Migration of environment or data

· Refactoring code / Pipelines to suit the latest updates

· Autonomous with an eye to problem solving

Key Requirements

1. Hands on expertise with Azure and Databricks

2. Fully updated to the latest versions of the technology

3. Thorough understanding of data modelling, data structures data base and ETL processes

4. In-depth understanding of large scale data sets of both structured and unstructured data.

5. SQL, Python, Spark knowledge

6. Experience of delivering CI/CD and DevOps capabilities.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: $750.00 – $850.00 per day
